Zach wears it, then I realized Jon wears it and now Matt (check 1º pic) is wearing it.
I suspect they might be the Erase the Hate Matthew Shepard Foundation bracelets or at least I hope they are.
I wonder if somebody has a confirmation for this…

As several pointed out, most of people on the awards were wearing it, so probably a ceremony thing :/
